Frankenclyde unbound

A couple of views of Clyde's stitches. He's so happy to have the vet wrap off.

Eeee!

Here are puppies (and awesome fellow volunteer Patti) at Stray Rescue of St. Louis. (Even though they have blankets and papers, it seems puppies always congregate on the bare floor.) You certainly try not to get excited about puppies 'cause so many dogs need homes, but damn, that's cute!

Frankenclyde

Clyde was in a fight at the dog park. (Yes, Clyde!) He now has a drain and a few dozen stitches in his neck. No more dog parks for him. It's just too risky, especially with his thin greyhound skin.

One bright spot: The bill was a lot less than expected. That never happened in Chicago!

PS: Yes, Dr. Natalie, we’ll get a photo when the vet wrap’s off.

Clyde's dog-park party

Chuy's invitation must've
been lost in the mail.

Why does someone else get to live Ian's dream?

We picked up this little Día de los Muertos dude at the STL Rock 'n' Roll Craft Show, where there was a guy wearing a giant sock monkey costume. Seems sock monkeys also drink beer and grow killer 'staches. Pimp!
